Completed - **Testnet Reset Complete**

Hey everyone,

The Entropy DevOps team have finished upgrading the testnet! Everything went smoothly, and the network is now running the latest protocol upgrades. As a reminder, all account balances have been reset to zero, and any previously deployed programs will have to be re-deployed.

Update - We will be releasing version 0.3.0 of the Entropy Network testnet, which will incur downtime and reinitialize the blockchain. All programs will be lost, and account balances will be reset to 0.

Purpose:

This update includes changes like:

- Fully on-chain registration
- T-of-N signing instead of N-of-N signing
- The addition of the relayer role
- The removal of signing subgroups
- The removal of permissioned access mode
